Japanese balloon artist Masayoshi Matsumoto, makes the most amazing balloon sculptures of insects and animals you will ever see!
Red sea fish
Yellow garden spider
His career began as a balloon artist for birthday parties. But he made sculptures better than anyone could imagine. Soon his reputation grew and now he is sought after as one of the greatest balloon sculptures ever. Specializing his skills in insects and animal designs of incredible detail.
He has recently been a featured artist with Metro where he said:
“I started making these seven years ago, I was really inspired by wildlife pictures and wanted to see if I could create realistic animals of my own,”
Most of his sculptures for display can take anything from 2 hours to six hours to make depending on how intricate the design is and how large to finished piece of art will be. He does not work from any design markers, he makes the design as he goes along in his own mind. One thing is for certain, most balloon artists must look at his work jealously in amazement because nobody can match the quality and detail of his beautiful master pieces.
Can you imagine a balloon artist turning up you your kids birthday party and making such elegant art. Unfortunately in time the balloons loose their structure and will eventually deflate. But while they are intact and full they certainly do look stunning.
